Pricing & freight

All prices are specified in Swedish krona including VAT. When prices change in the store, the price that is specified at the time of order placement is the price you will receive. We have no minimum order value, but the fabrics are sold in quantities no less than 30cm. In the event of products ordered selling out we will let you know.

Shipping within Sweden is 69 SEK. Orders above 699 SEK will be shipped without any shipping fee (within Sweden). The cost of shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout.


Payment

You may pay through Klarna Bank AB using the methods they offer; direct payment or payment by invoice.


Payment by invoice

Since Klarna Bank AB handles invoices, you may pay within 14 days of your order leaving our storage. If the invoice is not payed on time you will receive a reminder. On orders below 60 SEK the reminder fee will be 29 SEK. Orders above 60 SEK will have a reminder fee of 60 SEK. Delayed payment interest will also apply according to the conditions of Klarna.

When you opt for Klarna invoice a credit rating check of you might be conducted. If that is the case you will be notified and receive a copy of the rating check.


Card payment

Payment by card is done following rules and practices for online payments in Sweden and the EU. We employ Klarna Bank AB for this purpose. The following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard. The money will be reserved on your account at the time of you placing an order.


Delivery time and method

Normally, your products will be shipped within 2-4 work days after placing an order. When new items have arrived in the store and during campaigns the shipping time may increase. This is also the case during the holiday seasons. We send most orders using the DHL. You will get a tracking ID when your order is ready to ship. Thereafter, you may select to get your products from the closest DHL agent.

When ordering smaller products we send these by mail box (non traceable). We charge the same no matter of order size.


Transport

If you receive damaged products, you need to report this to the DHL agent immediately. In case of the agent not accepting full responsibility, let us know.


Right of withdrawal

We follow the swedish distance agreement law: http://www.konsumentverket.se/Vart-arbete/Lagar-och-regler/Konsumentlagar/Lag-om-distansavtal-och-avtal-utanfor-affarslokaler/. The right of withdrawal period begins the day you receive your product. The period lasts for 14 days. You are responsible for preserving the product in the same condition as when you got it. You may not use it or, in the case of fabric, cut it, but of course carefully inspect it. You have no right of withdrawal if the product is unsuited to send back, or if it is damaged or lost due to you being careless.


Returning products

Withdrawals will always be payed by you except when the products are damaged or wrongly packaged by us. Returns should always be sent by mail or package, not against cash on delivery. The product should be unused and not cut or modified in any other way. To return at product please contact us to get the address of returns.

When we have received and inspected the product we will make a full repayment.


Complaints

If you find the product damaged when unpacking please tell us immediately at [email protected].


Product info

Regarding the colors on the images we always strive to represent the products as accurately as possible. Even so, the colors may vary, often due to different monitors and settings. Therefore, we cannot accept deviations in colors or tone as valid reasons for complaints. We are keen to answer any questions of yours if you feel uncertain regarding this. The fabrics are preferably washed in 40°C and dryed hanging. Observe that the fabrics may shrink 3-5% after the first wash.
